Return Policy
At Harper & Lane, operated by BVH Commerce, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request can only be submitted after the product has been physically received
- All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
- Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted
- Orders placed with the intention of returning part of the order (e.g. multiple sizes for selection) are not permitted
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@harperlanecollection.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- After approval, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or import fees
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost returns
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been:
- Received at the return address
- Inspected and approved
We will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds may be delayed depending on your payment provider
4. Liability & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments if no tracking proof is provided
- If tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address, the shipment is considered successfully returned
- Providing an incorrect shipping address at checkout is the customer’s responsibility
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
5. Important Notes
- As we work with international fulfillment partners, return shipments may be sent to an overseas return location
- Customers are responsible for ensuring correct packaging and shipment of returned items
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet our policy requirements
